On the 24th June, 175 Year 6 students embarked on a journey to the Conway Centre as part of the Key Stage 2/3 transition residential. Students participated in a range of activities including water sports and an art project over a three day period. The weather was fantastic and students had a great time getting to know their tutors and making new friends.
The year group theme was ‘Climb to the Top’ a theme that will stay with the cohort for the next five years as they embark on their journey up their high school ‘mountain’ to the summit. The transition into high school is now complete and the staff are looking forward to welcoming our new year 7’s in September. Well done Year 6, already you are a credit to our school community.
